Good evening coders!
My orthopedic surgeons are now starting to do "collagen" transplant implantations (CMI) with knee arthroscopies. Can we charge for this and if so is it the CPT 29868 we should be using?

I'm being told by some that such things as skin sub graft applications are inclusive in the original procedure (ArthroFlex, biocartilage platelet, stem cell membrane and regenerative matrix for example).
