So as of 2/1/2017 Medicare has changed the options in the diagnosis and management options box from new problem to examiner to new problem to patient - 3 points. Was there an official announcement can I find it anywhere? Is there a link. The audit tool now reflects the change just want something in writing (announcement)

Where did you see this change? Which site? Novitas still showing New problem to examiner on their audit tool.
 
Anyone have anymore info on this? I see the updated reference tool on the NGS website but there must have been an announcement that I missed. Was this effective 3/1/17? Thanks!
