Can someone help me with the CMS EHR Incentive Program rules for 2017 regarding vital sign documentation for an EP? A client has a question and at first my research seems to show that vitals have been removed as a requirement but that doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone know??

CMS is not accepting questions on the EHR Incentive Program at this time. So I'd appreciate help!
 
There really isn't an EHR incentive program, per se, for 2017. PQRS and Meaningful Use have now been bundled, along with a couple of other things, into MIPS.

If you go to qpp.cms.gov and work your way through that site, you can look up the appropriate reporting codes for various specialties.
