We have Windsor Medicare for a few of our patients and Windsor requires us to send paper claims and they have told us that they do not forward the claim on to the secondary. My question is, when do you send the paper claim to the secondary...at the same time we send out the primary's or after the primary has paid?

You would send the secondary after the primary has paid. You typically to attach the primary eob to the secondary claim.
