I found a summary of CNS guidelines to billing, esp for clinical psychologists, but there are sections that use more general terms like 'behavioral health practitioners'. They loosen the requirement for 'direct supervision' which means in person, to 'general supervision' which does not. At one place it says this applies to clinical social workers AND clinical psychologists, and at another place it says it's only CPs, and at another place it says 'behavioral health practitioners', I'm not sure if that encompasses NPs.

First link is to the description of the changes, and second link is to the definition of general vs. direct supervision.

I’m just questioning if there are some forms we should leave in place. It would be really helpful if you knew this or know someone who knew this!
