I surgeon is a Non PPO provider and 1 is .
To calcuate co- surgeons our procedure is to allow 125% of R & C allowances and split between the 2- but if 1 is not reimbursed on this calculation method- but is reimbursed by the PPO allowance-
is it correct to split the 125% figure for the non PPO surgeon bill?
