Wiki CO2 Laser Supraglottoplasty with 400x magnification Microscope

I'm coding for a physician who performed a CO2 laser supraglottoplasty and brought in a special 400x magnification micoscope. Can this special microscope be coded with this surgery, which I believe would be 31588? What would be the code for this type of microscope?

Code for operating microscope is 69990. It is bundled into 31588 so you would not code for that seperatly.
