Wiki Code 19271 for chest wall tumor

We had a benign chest wall tumor, very large, with path coming back with parts of ribs attached. Used Ventralex patch for repair. Code 19271 says excision chest wall tumor involving ribs with plastic reconstruction without mediastinal lymphadenectomy. Would it be appropriate with this type of repair. Does this type of repair constitute "plastic reconstruction?"

But to respond to your basic question: Ventralex is a mesh repair ... not reconstruction.

Perhaps this was 19260?
