I am trying to code an op report for a partial excision of the annular ligament, right radial head. There was a code for this last year and was deleted. One coder says to use the unlisted code 24999 and I am leaning towards 24359 (per the doctors request) However, since it was a ligament that was debrided and repaired and NOT a tendon, will the 24359 code work? Any input is greatly appreciated and needed!
