Per Medicare, 69210 cannot be billed with Modifier 50 as stated in the CPT book. Does anyone know if there is another code for bilateral? If there is no other code how are you billing Medicare for bilateral?

I have sent appeals in to Medicare and have been denied.
I have tried putting this on 2 lines but nothing for me has worked.
I would like to know the answer to this question as well

Per Encoder Pro: Medicare allows only one unit of this code to be billed even if both ears are treated. Medicare and some other payers may require that HCPCS Level II code G0268 be reported for removal of impacted cerumen (one or both ears) by a physician on the same date of service as audiologic function testing.
