I would appreciate your help on the following question:

Which code should I use for billing when the physician administered influenza virus vaccine, quadrivalent (IIV4) to a child under 2 years old, 90630 or 90655??

According to CPT the code should be 90685 - Influenza virus vaccine, quadrivalent, split virus, preservative free, when administered to children 6-35 months of age, for intramuscular use.
