Wiki CODE 94360 Reimbursement Question

We have been getting denials for this code 94360 when billed with any other resp cpt. DOES anyone know if there is a specific ICD-9 that magically gets this paid. We are using 515, 799.02...

Our administrator says that this code she was told, should be paid. Please just give feed back relating to pymt trends.

Hi Danielle,

I work for a Pulmonary group, we bill for the 94360, with a 700.02 as well, so I asked the department if we get paid.

I was informed that Medicare does not pay for this CPT & sometimes BC/BS will pay.
