I know code 95920 is use when a physician other then the surgeon does the continuous neuro monitoring and pedicle screw stimulation testing, Is there a cpt code for when it is the physician doing the surgery?
 
According to Medicare a physician that is performing a procedure cannot bill for continuous neuro monitoring.
