I work for an orthopedic surgeon. Sometimes in office we need to do a physical performance (97750 grip strengthening). How can i get this paid for?
they keep coming back as denied.

What are the reason codes for the denials? Many insurance companies don't cover this code, many consider it part of the E/M (I know CCI edits don't bundle it, but that doesn't mean it's paid separately). Without knowing the reason codes for the denials I don't think anyone could tell you how to get them paid.
