Can anyone provide a list of the dermatology code changes that became effective October 1st or a source for the list?

if you are speaking of diagnosis codes , there were no changes for this Oct, 1 for ICD-9 CM, the 2012 edition is the most current code set. As far as new CPT codes, they will not be effective until Jan 1 2013, and to obtain these you will need to obtain a 2013 CPT book.
 
I was actually referring to the changes made to CCI Bundles which would effect the CPT codes. Sorry, I should have been a little more clear on my request.
