I work with Infectious Disease Physician and we are currently providing antibiotic infusion therapy in the office, but some of our patients also take a portable battery operated pump home and infuse overnight.
We have been billing infusion code 96521 for the infusion done at home, A4222 for supplies, and E0781 for the rental fee of the infusion pump with modifier RR.


Does anyone have any information as to how you are billing these codes and are we missing an additional modifier.
