Hi,

In that assessment given Polyneuropathy in disease classified elsewhere.
Another assessment given hyperlipidemia can we code G63 along with hyperlipidemia ?

There is no documentation of polyneuropathy etiology .

Any one share your valuable thoughts.
 
Polyneuropathy is not linked to hyperlipidemia in the ICD-10 index, so I would not presume that to be the etiology. I would query the provider for the disease that is associated with the polyneuropathy, or if that is not possible, I would code it as G62.9 - polyneuropathy, unspecified - since your documentation does not support report that this is a component of another disease process.
