Which code to be used for breast IMRT radiotherapy if we are not using physical compensator?
Can we code 77386 or 77385?

And if CBCT is used can we bill 77014 b, we are outpatient facility.

77385 is used for breast IMRT in all circumstances.

The technical component of 77014 cannot be billed with IMRT in the outpatient hospital setting. It is bundled into the facility's payment for the IMRT and isn't billed separately.

Yes, the professional component of 77014 can be billed by the physician.
