I would appreciate any help I can get with this. The code for the Provoc testing has been deleted. Our ophthalmologists still to the test. We were told at a Corcoran meeting to use 92499 now, but the insurances are denying payment. Is anyone else coding for Provoc testing and what code are you using. Thank you so much.
