Wiki Code for reinsertion of interbody spacer

Can anyone help me with the code for a reinsertion of L5-S1 interbody spacer? 22849 states reinsertion of fixation device and 22859 is an add on code. This was the only thing done.

If they removed and replaced an interbody spacer, I would use 22849.

there is no code for replacing interbody device. CPT states to code insertion only when replacing
