Wiki Code G2213- What is included in the "assessment" portion

I need to know if anyone has insight into what is included in the ‘assessment’ portion of the new MAT G- code G2213 description (effective 1-1-21). Does this mean a structured screening(DAST, AUDIT or other useful industry tool) needs to be completed in order to code the service? I know that a structured screen tool is to be used for any CPT behavior change interventions, but I'm not sure if it’s needed for this new code.

It doesn't look as if there is a special screening tool but here is what I found. I hope this helps
