How would you code a nipple delay procedure with subareolar biopsy performed 3 weeks prior to the nipple sparing mastectomy?

OP report: Small periareolar incisions were designed. The incisions were opened in LOQ of the nipple in the old surgical plane. Dissection carried directly across and below the nipple in the sub-q plane. This was done sharply to disconnect the nipple and the underlying elements of the breast connected to the nipple to further divide the local underlying blood supply and encourage the delay phenomena. This was extended 2-3 cm beyond the edge of the areola. Subareolar biopsy was performed and specimen submitted to pathology which was reported as negative for malignancy. Deep sub-q tissue was reapproximated, wound was closed......
