Hi Friends,
I am a novice to the IP coding. I see the records containing words like "Code I, Code II, Code III, Code IV....." . Can anybody shed some light on this. I don't know if I ought to consider this for coding or not. Suppose if it has to be coded, what it corresponds to in coding (ICD 10 CM / PCS) !!. Help please...
