The specimen is received in formalin designated "inferior, left breast margin" and consists of a single piece of fibroadipose tissue measuring 5.5 x 4.1 x 1.4 cm. One aspect of the tissue is inked blue . The specimen is serially sectioned revealing fibrofatty tissue with small areas of hemorrhage. There are no grossly suspicious lesions. The entire specimen is submitted in cassettes D1 - D6.
