Does anyone have (or know of) a good tool to do Quality & Accuracy on coders' work? I'm also looking for one for benchmarking productivity of coders.

I'm not sure you have access to their information, but AHIMA set what is considered by many companies, hospitals, agencies and clinics the industry standard (95%).

The FORE or CoP should have that information.
