Can you bill 29806 and 29826 togehter? Doctor did a labral repair and also a acromioplasty both are documented in the op note and there are 2 DX codes to use. Thanks
 
what are each of your documented diagnosis, is the 29826 for bone decompression? can your doumentation support it? then I would bill the 29806 and 29826-59.

If it is soft tissue then no, sorry for the confusion.
