Wiki Codes 56405 and 56420 are they both unilateral codes?

I have been wondering about this for a week now and I thought what a better way than to find out from someone at AAPC.

If there's anyone who could help me I would really appreciate it.

I would say they are both "each" versus unilateral. If you have more than one incision, then it would be x2, versus -RT, -LT.
