Wiki coding 86580 and 96372 for admin of celestone

Looking for help with coding 86580 TB test on same day as 96372 administration of celestone.
96372 is denied as in included in 86580. Billed 99214 with 25 modifier and that was paid.

A modifier 59 would need to be placed on the 96372 to unbundle it from the 86580 because it is a distinct procedure.
