I don't think 93303 has an age limit, per say. The only limitation on the code is that the dx be congenital in nature. If it's a brand new baby, I suppose the chances of an acquired heart problem is nil to nil, so 93303 would be used. But I think even for older people, is the dx is congenital in nature, 93303 is used.
