Wiki Coding a Laryngeal biopsy during a Bronchoscopy ???

The physician performed a Bronchoscopy w/lavage (31624) on a patient with a h/o laryngeal cancer, documented exam of the larynx as well as the usual documentation for a bronchoscopy w/lavage. He also documented biopsies of the epiglottis and arytenoid, which I believe would be classified as laryngeal biopsies (correct me if I am mistaken).

I am not sure how to code the epiglottis and arytenoid biopsies. Can anyone help? Thank you
