Hello,

Can anyone advise what code to use for a Periprosthetic Femur Fracture. I found T84.049 and it is saying it is not a Valid Code. Do I need another code with it?

Is this prior to DOS 10/1/16? If so are you including the 7th digit (A, S or D)?
If this for DOS 10/1/16 or after, T84.04 range is deleted. The replacement range for periprosthetic fracture M97.-
