Not sure where to put this since it overlaps many areas......


ENT doc sees pt in ER, after seeing pt, decision is made by PCP to admit to hospital by their PCP.

Does ent doc (me) bill as ED visit, Outpt consult, Inpt consult,or Initial inpt care?

Medicare pt?
Commercial pt?
