Help!!!

Our physician did a r&l cor lv, i know this is cpt code 93460 with modifier 26 att.
But he also did an aa w/ runoffs pulmonary angio. How would i code the this?

I know i will bill for code 93460-26, but i am unsure of how to code the rest?

Without the report and assuming 'aa' is referring to abdominal aortography with runoffs...

AA with runoffs (bilateral) - 75630-26-59

If he just did the aortogram to look at the renals like a 'drive-by' then code - G0275

Pulmonary angio - 93568 (does not require selective cath placement)
