Pt has right index finger open fx, right index finger extensor tendon laceration over the middle phalanx and right index finger laceration appr 4 cm.

Procedure - right index finger distal phalanx open fracture I & D
Procedure - Right Index finger removal of bony fragments
Procedure - Right Index finger extensor tendon repair over the middle phalanx
Procedure - Right Index Finger pinning of distal interphalangeal joint
Procedure - Right index finger closure of complex wound.

I believe the removal or bony fragements is included in the I & D
Right index finger extensor tendon repair over the middle phalanx - CPT 26418 ?
Right index finger pinning if distal interphalangeal joint - I am not sure on this one...26756?

This whole one has me confused. Any help is appreciated.
