We are having a difficult time trying to find any information on how to treat this particular instance.
The scenario:
A patient comes in for infusion, it starts at 8:00 but at 8:45 they pause it because of a reaction, it is resumed again at 9:00 and continues for another hour.
Is that 15 minute pause counted in the total time or do we treat it like two subsequent infusions of the same drug?
