Project Description:
Analyzes, codes, abstracts, and compiles clinic data. Supports and provides compliance and
coding training to physicians, clinic personnel, and corporate auditing and billing staff. Responsible for
reviewing patient documentation in order to assign the appropriate ICD-9-CM/CPT codes to diagnoses and
procedures.
