I am stuck on trying to code this:

Report is as follows: Today under local anesthesia and sterile technique, the right pain pump site pocket was aspirated of 50cc of sanguineous fluid consistent with hematoma. No evidence of infection. Dressings were applied.

This procedure was done in the office along with E/M services.

Any help is appreciated!
