Hello Everyone,
I have been a CPC for a year now and was contacted by one of my previous employers to conduct a coding audit for an FQHC practice. This is the first time I will be doing this. Can anyone let me know what is involved and what would be reasonable pricing for my services. Are there any tools/resources that might be able to help me out?

I don't know what a reasonable price wold be for your area, but an audit usually involves you reviewing x number of charts to make sure all charges are being coded correctly and that their documentation is correct according to guidelines. It may also involve some benchmarking. It depends on what all the practice is wanting.
