It states in the guildelines for 2013 Interventional Cardiology to code "two interventions for treatment of bifurcation lesions."

We stented the LAD occlusion during acute MI- code 92941
Also angioplasty of LD second diagnal (included in 92941)

My doctor states in the impression "successful intervention of the bifurcaion lesion in the LAD."

Should I also be billing 92921-59 due to the bifurcation or another code?
