Im questioning how this would be coded. Were divided in the office, and just looking for some feedback. Any help is appreciated! The MRI report is attached.

Thanks for letting me know.....I cant get it to upload correctly? I just right clicked on it and opened it in my photo viewer amd it seemed to work fine. Ill see what I can do. Thanks again!
