Can a certified coder try and code the following and offer your selection of cpt codes so I can cross -reference what I chose.....

PRocedure: Far lateral approach for resection of anterior medullary and cervical cord lesion via a suboccipital craniectomy, c1,c2, and c3 hemilaminectomy. I came up with two codes in the 6000 series... Thank you! :o
