Hello!
I am brand new to coding Endovascular and need some help! I know it probably doesn't get any more basic than this, but I just want to confirm I'm on the right track!
I'm thinking...
artery: 36217, 76937, 75710
vein: 36012, 76937, 75820
And I can not code 75774 for additional images after the arm position is moved, since the image is of the same artery/vein??
Am I at all in the right ball park?? Thank you for any and all help and guidance!

Problem that you have is all the accesses is from the arm, not the groin. So for the arterial side, the doctor just went up the arm, not selective. That is coded 36140. Imaging is a extremity arteriogram coded 75710.
Venous side access is 36005 - non selective. Imaging is extremity venogram coded 75820. 75774 is coded when a separate vessel from a vascular family is imaged, not change of patient position is change of angle of the x-ray machine.
So with modifiers the codes are 36140-RT/75710-RT, 36005-RT/ 75820-RT.
