I code for a pathology lab, so what dx code is used for ostoearthritis of right knee when it is not specified as primary or secondary for ICD-10...are we supposed to use M17.9 because that is the code used by the hospital that is sending the specimen?

If the type is not specified the M17.9 is the only choice.
