Wiki coding echocardiogram and coronary angiogram together

Dear all,

My question is whether there is any guideline/rule that when a coronary Angiogram is performed and also an echocardiogram is done on the same day then do we only code for the coronary angiogram and leave out the echocardiogram code or do we code for both the tests.
