I was looking through January's Coding Edge issue and have trouble answering these questions.

-Name three CPT examples of vital organ system failure.

-Who must perform an E/M service to correctly bill a Level 1 visit (99211)?

-A new patient presents with an MRSA skin abscess. The provider indicates dressings and packaging with follow-ups. How would you code the claim?

-How would you code an evaluation and management (E/M) service provided on an incident to basis by auxiliary personnel who are non-physician practitioners?

Any help would be appreciated.

you may want to look under the forumn education and the ceu's, January's coding edge was addressed in there a few times. You may have to go page two.
