I am looking for an article that ran in the Coding Edge...it was on handling patients that want codes changed so that insurance would pay for services. I've looked and looked with no luck. Anyone remember it?

There are 2 - One is "Just change the code", and the other is "Don't change the code". I can't remember the issues, though...
