I'm trying to code the above procedure done at the same time as major synovectomy and an open incision of loose body. The original uka was done 2 months ago and the patient has been experiencing extreme pain, stiffness and loss of motion. HELP!!!!~~ :eek:
 
I would have to see the note...but 99% chance that the synovectomy and loose body are going to bundle with the exchange.
