If a patient is admitted to a Post Acute Care Unit, they are admitted because of a hip fracture due to a fall and the physician states fall, would you just use the E Code? Don't you use V15.88 for history of falls? and if the record states hx of falls then you would also use V15.88 along with the E Code?
