Wiki Coding for 61 - 89 minutes of individual therapy?

Hi. The CPT descriptor for 90837 is 53 - 60 minutes of individual psychotherapy. It then says to bill 90837 with add on code 99354 for 90 - 134 minutes. But what if the session lasts 80 minutes? Is it possible to get reimbursed for the time over the 60 minutes? This doesn't really make sense. What happed to the time between 61 and 89 minutes?

I know this is a bit confusing, The 90387 time range is actually 53-89 minutes.
