Wiki coding for a colonoscopy not started

Had a patient scheduled for a colonoscopy with history of polyps. Patient was wheeled into the intra procedure room. When patient was getting placed into position prior to any sedation, his IV came dislodged and needed to be re- sited. Attempt made and unsuccessful. Patient declined to have any more attempts and he choose to at that time not have the procedure. Is there a code to bill for this? I was only able to see where a modifier could be added only once the sedation was started. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
